Wiggle is for anyone who wants to feel better in their body. My main aim is that you leave every class feeling better physically and mentally & realise that it really doesn't take a lot to make your body feel better
Fitness spaces can feel really intimidating. So, I wanted to create a place that anyone can join from home & without needing any equipment, to have a little wiggle & give their body some well needed movement TLC
If you want to explore a lighter-hearted & gentler side of fitness, one that that doesn't take itself too seriously & encourages you to take it your own pace; you're absolutely welcome & I'd love you to be a part of it x
What's included?
Live Classes (on Zoom):
- 2-4 x Live Classes Every Week
The Schedule changes each Month & Email reminders are sent for 30 mins before each class
All Classes are recorded & uploaded to the "Wiggle Library" which you can access on any device via the Wiggle App or your Computer (tv casting is available)
Catch up / On-Demand:
As well as Live Classes there's also 50+ Beginner Friendly Follow Along Mobility Classes from head to toe. Ranging from 5-35 Mins without needing any equipment.
