Wiggle Membership Changes & Updated Membership Terms

Effective date: 25 September 2026
Last updated: 9 September 2026

This notice explains important changes to existing Wiggle and Mobility Hub memberships, including the move to the new Wiggle app, changes to membership pricing, how existing subscriptions will continue, cancellation rights and the additional refund period being offered to existing annual members.

Please read this notice carefully.

These changes take effect from 25 September 2026.

1. The new Wiggle app

From 25 September 2026, Wiggle will begin moving its services to a new Wiggle app.

The new app has been built specifically for Wiggle and brings the main elements of your membership together in one place.

Depending on your membership and the content available at the relevant time, this includes:

  • Personalised programme recommendations

  • Workout programmes

  • Weekly live classes

  • Live class catch-up

  • An on-demand class and movement library

  • Daily Deprawn

  • The Education Station

  • Workout logging

  • Progress tracking

  • Step tracking

  • Streaks and consistency features

  • Community features and leaderboards

  • New programmes, classes and educational content added over time

Features may be added, updated, replaced or removed as Wiggle develops, provided that we continue to provide the overall membership service you have purchased.

2. Closure of the existing Wiggle platform

The existing Wiggle platform will remain available during a transition period.

It is intended to be retired in January 2027.

Members will therefore need to create an account on the new Wiggle app in order to continue accessing Wiggle after the old platform has been retired.

We will provide instructions explaining how to access the new app.

When creating your new Wiggle account, you must use the same email address associated with your existing membership, unless we tell you otherwise.

It is your responsibility to create your new account and complete any reasonable steps required to access the new service.

3. Your existing subscription and payment method

Moving to the new Wiggle app does not mean that your existing subscription is automatically being transferred to a new payment provider.

Existing members will become legacy Wiggle members.

Unless we contact you specifically to tell you otherwise:

  • Your existing subscription will remain on its current payment system.

  • Your existing payment method will remain in place.

  • You do not need to create a new subscription.

  • You do not need to enter new payment details simply to access the new app.

  • Your recurring payments will continue through the system through which you currently pay.

Access to the new Wiggle app and payment for your legacy membership are therefore separate parts of the transition.

4. Membership pricing

From 25 September 2026, the standard price of Wiggle membership will be:

£9.99 per month

or

£90 per year

Existing members currently paying less

If you currently pay less than the equivalent new Wiggle membership price, your existing legacy price will remain unchanged unless we notify you separately of a future change.

Existing members currently paying more

Where your existing recurring Wiggle membership price is higher than the applicable new membership price, we intend to adjust your recurring membership to the applicable new price.

Any applicable change will be made through your existing payment arrangement where the payment system allows us to do so.

You will not be required to move to a different payment provider solely because of the new Wiggle app.

Where we cannot make an applicable change through your existing payment system, including certain PayPal memberships, the provisions below will apply.

5. Annual members — additional 14-day refund period

As part of these changes, existing members who are on an annual Wiggle subscription are being given an additional 14-day period to decide whether they wish to continue under the updated Wiggle membership.

This period begins on 25 September 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 9 October 2026.

If you are an existing annual member and do not wish to continue with Wiggle following these changes, you may contact us within this period to cancel and request a refund in accordance with this transition offer.

Where applicable, we will refund the amount paid for the relevant annual membership period, subject to any lawful deduction or adjustment that applies to services already supplied or other circumstances required by applicable consumer law.

This additional transition period does not limit or replace any statutory cancellation, refund or other consumer rights you may have.

After this additional period expires, your normal membership and cancellation terms will apply, together with any statutory rights applicable to your subscription.

6. Monthly members

Monthly Wiggle memberships do not have a minimum contractual commitment.

If you are a monthly member, you may cancel your membership at any time.

Cancellation prevents future recurring payments from being taken after your cancellation takes effect.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, amounts already paid for a current monthly membership period are not refundable simply because you choose not to use the service for the remainder of that period.

You will normally retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

7. PayPal members — important action required

If you currently pay for Wiggle through PayPal, different arrangements may apply because we may not be able to make the required changes to your existing subscription automatically.

Your existing PayPal subscription will not automatically be transferred to a different payment provider.

We will contact affected PayPal members separately with instructions explaining how to move onto the new Wiggle membership arrangement.

If you wish to continue as a Wiggle member, you are responsible for completing the steps provided to you.

Alternatively, you may cancel your existing PayPal subscription.

If you take neither action, your existing PayPal payments may continue under your current arrangement during the transition period.

We therefore strongly recommend that PayPal members follow the instructions we send and either:

  1. move to the new membership arrangement; or

  2. cancel their existing PayPal subscription.

Any remaining legacy PayPal memberships that have not been moved to the new arrangement will be ended no later than 31 December 2026.

After that point, if you have not moved onto the new membership arrangement, your legacy membership will be cancelled and your access to Wiggle will end.

We will not intentionally continue collecting payments for a membership after we have ended your access to the corresponding paid service.

8. Cancelling your Wiggle membership

You are free to cancel your Wiggle membership in accordance with the terms applicable to your subscription.

You will continue to cancel through the same system or channel through which your existing membership is managed.

The launch of the new Wiggle app does not itself move your billing account to a new provider.

You can find cancellation instructions here:

https://www.aadamrichardson.com/settings/cards

If you experience difficulty cancelling your membership through the normal route, please contact:

hello@adamrichardsonpt.com

We will provide reasonable assistance to allow you to cancel your membership.

9. What happens when you cancel?

For a normal monthly cancellation, your membership will generally remain available until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which access will end.

For annual members exercising the additional 14-day transition refund described above, your membership and access may end when your cancellation/refund is processed.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right, your cancellation and any refund will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Cancelling your subscription means you may lose access to your programme history, tracking information, classes, educational content and other membership-only features.

10. Your responsibility to access the new app

We will make reasonable efforts to tell existing members how and when to access the new Wiggle app.

It remains your responsibility to:

  • Read important service and membership communications we send you.

  • Use the correct email address when creating your new Wiggle account.

  • Complete the account setup process.

  • Keep your contact and payment information reasonably up to date.

  • Manage or cancel your recurring subscription if you no longer wish to remain a member.

  • Contact us if you experience a problem accessing a service you are paying for.

Choosing not to download, log into or use the new Wiggle app does not, by itself, cancel your existing paid subscription.

If you no longer wish to be a member, you must cancel your subscription using the cancellation process described above.

11. Changes to Wiggle content and features

Wiggle is an evolving digital membership.

We may add, remove, replace or modify individual programmes, classes, instructors, educational resources, app features and other content from time to time.

We may also make reasonable technical changes necessary to maintain, secure or improve the service.

We will not use this provision to make a material change to the fundamental nature of a paid membership without providing appropriate notice and respecting any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

12. Availability of the service

We will take reasonable steps to keep Wiggle available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant problem prevents you from accessing a paid service, please contact us so that we can investigate.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Health and exercise

Wiggle provides exercise, movement and educational content. It is not a medical service and content within Wiggle is not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

You are responsible for deciding whether an exercise or programme is appropriate for you and for seeking appropriate medical or healthcare advice where necessary.

If you experience pain, illness, injury or symptoms that concern you, you should stop the relevant activity and seek appropriate professional advice.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

14. Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove or restrict any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.

Where these terms conflict with a statutory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, the statutory right will apply.

UK subscription law is changing, including through the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. Wiggle will update its processes and terms where necessary as further subscription-contract requirements come into force.

15. Why you may receive membership communications

Important communications concerning your existing Wiggle membership, including changes to the service, pricing, billing, renewal, cancellation, access or these terms, may be sent to you even if you have chosen not to receive marketing communications.

These are service communications relating to your existing membership, rather than marketing communications.

Receiving a service communication does not change your marketing preferences or opt you into marketing.

16. Acceptance and your options

These updated terms take effect from 25 September 2026.

If you are happy to continue with Wiggle, in most cases you do not need to take any action in relation to your existing subscription. You will simply need to follow the instructions provided to access the new Wiggle app.

PayPal members should refer to section 7, as additional action will be required.

If you do not agree to these changes, you may cancel your membership before they take effect or exercise any applicable cancellation or refund right described above.

Continuing your membership after the effective date will mean that your membership continues subject to these updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
