Welcome to Mobility Hub, a digital platform providing guided mobility, flexibility, and exercise content designed to help you move better, feel better, and improve your overall wellbeing.
By purchasing, subscribing, or using any part of the Mobility Hub app, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Data Protection Policy. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. General Information
Mobility Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an online exercise and education platform offering video-based training programs, mobility routines, and related digital content for personal use.
These terms govern your access to and use of our app, website, and related services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent, to use Mobility Hub.
By using the app, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
a) Subscription Types
We offer two subscription options:
Monthly subscription
Yearly subscription
Both plans renew automatically unless cancelled.
b) Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or payment provider (e.g. PayPal) or via the Mobility Hub App Homepage by clicking "Manage my Account" or by clicking this link here:Â https://www.aadamrichardson.com/settings/cards
Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period.
c) Refunds
We offer the following refund periods from the date of initial purchase:
Monthly subscription: Refunds may be requested within 7 days of initial purchase.
Yearly subscription: Refunds may be requested within 30 days of initial purchase.
After these timeframes, payments are non-refundable.
Renewals:
It is the responsibility of the subscriber to cancel before the next renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for auto-renewals that were not cancelled in advance.
There is no minimum contract period - you may cancel at any time.
4. Access & Usage
All content provided in the Mobility Hub app, including videos, programs, and educational materials, is for personal use only.
You agree not to:
Share, copy, distribute, or reproduce any content outside the platform.
Allow others to access your account.
Use Mobility Hub content for commercial purposes, teaching, or resale without written permission.
Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
5. Health & Medical Disclaimer
Mobility Hub provides educational mobility, flexibility, and exercise content intended for general wellbeing and fitness. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Before participating in any exercise, training, or mobility program within the Mobility Hub app, you should:
Consult your doctor, physiotherapist, or qualified healthcare provider to ensure the exercises are appropriate for your personal circumstances.
Avoid participation if you have any existing medical conditions, recent surgeries, chronic pain, or injuries that could be aggravated by physical activity.
Obtain medical clearance before beginning if you:
Are pregnant or have recently given birth
Have cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic conditions (e.g. heart disease, asthma, diabetes)
Experience joint instability, dizziness, or unexplained pain
Are taking medication that affects your balance, heart rate, or blood pressure
If you experience pain, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness, or discomfort during any activity, you should stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional before resuming.
Participation in any exercise or mobility program carries inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Muscle strain or soreness
Joint irritation or injury
Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
Accidental falls or loss of balance
By choosing to use Mobility Hub, you acknowledge and accept these risks. You agree that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk, and that Mobility Hub, its creators, coaches, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injuries, health issues, or damages that may occur as a result of following any exercises, routines, or advice provided.
Mobility Hub’s content is designed for informational and educational purposes only and should not be interpreted as personalized medical or rehabilitation advice. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider if it differs from any information provided through the platform.
If at any time you are uncertain about your ability to perform an exercise safely, you are encouraged to:
Modify or skip the movement
Seek professional guidance before continuing

6. No Guarantees or Warranties
While we strive to provide accurate, high-quality information and programs, Mobility Hub makes no guarantees regarding fitness results, pain reduction, or performance improvements.
All content is provided “as is” and without any warranties, express or implied.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Mobility Hub, its owners, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use (or inability to use) the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mobility Hub, its creators, and representatives from any claims related to your participation or misuse of the service.
8. Intellectual Property
All videos, graphics, text, branding, and materials within the app are the intellectual property of Mobility Hub.
You may not copy, share, record, or redistribute any part of the content without prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes or claims arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that the Scottish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the use of Mobility Hub, your subscription, or any services provided through the platform.
If you are accessing Mobility Hub from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with any local laws or regulations applicable in your country of residence.
Mobility Hub makes no representation that its content or services are appropriate or lawful for use in all countries, and access from territories where such content is restricted is done at your own risk.
